How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reasons:

• To enquire about, make, amend or cancel a bed & breakfast booking at The Forge

We use the information that you have given us in order to confirm accommodation availability, address your queries, provide information and confirm any booking.

We will not share this information with any third party; individual or organisation.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

All information that you provide to us is stored on our secure server in Newmarket, Suffolk.

We keep your name, telephone number and email address for 7 years.

We will then dispose of your information by deleting it from our server, email contacts list and mobile phone contacts.
